Developing the next generation of Filipino biomedical engineers through international scholarship programs and community training.
EDA-IBEHT serves as a venue where applicants for DOST-SEI foreign MSc and PhD Scholarships in Biomedical Engineering are supported and guided to align their research topics with the National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA). The program develops competencies in translational research planning, regulatory readiness, clinical relevance, and commercialization orientation. This scholarship program is supported by the DOST-SEI.
